The Gujarat Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Gujarat RERA) on December 20, 2025, issued an order mandating compliance in Project Advertisement Banners.
The following has been stated namely: -
• It has issued an order directing promoters to strictly comply with statutory requirements while displaying advertisement banners, hoardings, and promotional material for real estate projects.
• The order reiterates that no real estate project can be advertised without valid RERA registration, and all banners must clearly mention the Gujarat RERA Registration Number, website address, and other prescribed disclosures.
• It cautions that misleading or non-compliant advertisements violate the law and may attract penal action, including fines and regulatory proceedings against the promoter.
• The Authority emphasizes consumer protection, transparency, and accountability, warning that repeated violations may lead to stricter enforcement measures under the RERA framework.
